LATE 19TH/20TH CENTURY, IMPRESSED MONOGRAM AND SCEPTRE MARK,
The three-quarter-length portrait finely painted with a half-length portrait of a brunette beauty wearing white robes, surrounded by thistles, supporting palms crossed over chest. The figure stands in a landscape immersed in powder blue sea holly with a clear sky; verso with an impressed scepter above 'K.P.M.' above a 'W' adjacent to the numbers '407' and '263' above an artisan mark, altogether rotated near the l.l. along the left with other scattered notations in pencil.
