A fabulous gilt bronze mounted Sèvres Neo-Classical porcelain vase and cover. The amphora shaped and doubled handled, cobalt-blue and gilt-decorated inverted rim over waisted neck. The ovoid body featuring a maiden flanked by ormolu pierced pheasant handles centering a hand-painted figural spring landscape scene , raised on hexagonal ormolu plinth. Signed ‘C. Lamarre.’
