Porcelain Rococo Jewelry Casket by French maker Tahan. Hand painted porcelain portraits are framed by ornate French ormolu with scroll forms, flowers, and foliage. Windows of Porcelain are painted with still life portraits of flowers, with a central portrait of two women conversing in a garden.  A female figural handle rests at the top of the casket, depicting a woman sitting and reading. Beautiful red velvet lines the inside, still bright and soft as ever. Video at the end.
