A pair of porcelain wall shelves. Each shelf is hand-painted with depictions of birds and butterflies. Relief flowers decorate the side rims. A figure of a foo dog is placed on the bottom of the shelves. Foo dogs are Chinese imperial guardian lions. The highly stylized lions are a traditional Chinese decorative ornament.
